This approximately 30-minute self-paced course is designed to help you better understand your gambling behaviours, identify where you’re at in your gambling journey, and build a game plan so you can decide if you’d like to return to gambling or continue to take a break.

What to Expect in the Course
The course includes videos, exercises and activities, as well as a Reflection Journal that you can download, print out and write in or fill in online using your computer or mobile phone.
Note that this course is designed to be taken in order so that you have the information and time you need to reflect on your gambling and build up a game plan. You’ll find more information on how to move around the course, how to use the menu and other features once you’ve launched the course.
This course has been built to work best on desktop computers, laptops and tablets. If you’re using your mobile phone, some elements may be harder to read or interact with.
